I've found a great website to help with training. It's called mapmyrun.co.uk. You can use it to calculate how far your runs have been and, if you register, save favorate runs and keep a log of how they have gone so you can monitor progress ( in terms of time achieved and how the run felt). Been on another run tonight. Went for a run as a reward for sittiing down and working on my appilication form, so there's a turn up for the books!!
